Steps

1. Cast Hyalopterous Lemure by paying
2. When Hyalopterous Lemure enters the battlefield, Jaws of Defeat triggers
3. Holding priority, activate Hyalopterous Lemure by paying , giving it -1/-0 until end of turn
4. Repeat step 3 an arbitrarily large number of times
5. Resolve the Jaws of Defeat trigger, causing target opponent to lose life equal to the difference between Hyalopterous Lemure's power and toughness
