Prerequisites

• Terisian Mindbreaker on the battlefield
• Fraying Sanity on the battlefield
• Fraying Sanity attached to an opponent
• Terisian Mindbreaker does not have summoning sickness

Steps

1. Declare Terisian Mindbreaker as an attacker, attacking the opponent enchanted by Fraying Sanity
2. Terisian Mindbreaker triggers, causing the defending player to mill half their library, rounded up
3. At the beginning of your end step, Fraying Sanity triggers, causing the opponent to mill the remainder of their library

Results

• Infinite mill for target opponent
