Prerequisites

• Cut Your Losses in hand
• Fraying Sanity on the battlefield
• Fraying Sanity attached to any player with an even library size
• available

Steps

1. Cast Cut Your Losses by paying , causing the player enchanted by Fraying Sanity to mill half their library, rounded down
2. At the beginning of your end step, Fraying Sanity triggers, causing the player to mill the rest of their library

Results

• Infinite mill for target player
