Steps

1. Cast Dramatic Reversal by paying
2. Holding priority, activate Izzet Guildmage's first ability by paying , copying Dramatic Reversal
3. Resolve the Dramatic Reversal copy, untapping all nonland permanents you control
4. Activate all nonland permanents by tapping those, adding at least
5. Repeat from step 2
