• Sevinne, the Chronoclasm on the battlefield
• Refuse // Cooperate in the graveyard
• Ral, Storm Conduit on the battlefield
• At least 1 instant or sorcery in hand with mana available to cast it

Steps

1. Cast the spell in your hand
2. In response cast Refuse // Cooperate from your graveyard to copy it
3. Sevinne, the Chronoclasm's ability triggers copying Refuse // Cooperate
4. Copy the original Refuse // Cooperate
5. Repeat
6. For each copy made Ral, Storm Conduit will trigger dealing 1 damage to an opponent
