Steps

1. Cast Sensei's Divining Top by paying
2. The Vision and Scarlet Witch and Forensic Gadgeteer trigger
3. Resolve the Forensic Gadgeteer trigger, creating a Clue token
4. Resolve the Vision and Scarlet Witch trigger, adding and putting a +1/+1 counter on it
5. Activate Urza's first ability by tapping the Clue, adding
6. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top from the battlefield on top of your library
7. Activate the Clue by paying and sacrificing it, causing you to draw Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library
8. Repeat
