Prerequisites

• Urza, Lord High Artificer on the battlefield
• Deadeye Navigator on the battlefield
• The Ooze on the battlefield
• Arcbound Condor on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Arcbound Condor by paying , blinking it
2. Arcbound Condor leaves and reenters the battlefield, causing it to enter with +1/+1 counters due to its modular ability, and triggering The Ooze and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability
3. Resolve Deadeye Navigator's trigger, repairing it and Arcbound Condor Resolve The Ooze's trigger, creating a Mutagen token for each +1/+1 counter that was on Arcbound Condor when it left the battlefield
4. When the Mutagens enter, Arcbound Condor triggers that many times, giving a creature an opponent controls -1/-1 until end of turn for each trigger
5. Activate Urza's first ability twice by tapping Arcbound Condor and a Mutagen, adding
6. Repeat

Results

• Infinite +1/+1 counters on creatures you control
• Infinite Mutagen tokens
• Reduce any number of opposing creatures' toughness to 0
• Cast all spells in your library
