Steps

1. Activate Urza by paying , blinking it
2. When Urza enters the battlefield, it and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability trigger
3. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Urza
4. Resolve the Urza trigger, creating a 0/0 Construct artifact creature token
5. Activate Urza's first ability by tapping the Construct, adding
6. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Construct, adding
7. Repeat
