Steps

1. Activate Precursor Golem by paying , blinking it
2. When Precursor Golem enters the battlefield, it and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability trigger
3. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Precursor Golem Resolve the Precursor Golem trigger, creating two artifact tokens
4. Activate Urza's first ability twice by tapping Precursor Golem and another artifact, adding
5. Repeat
