Steps

2. When Whirler Rogue enters the battlefield, it and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability trigger
3. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Whirler Rogue Resolve the Whirler Rogue trigger, creating two artifact tokens
