Steps

1. Activate Deadeye Navigator by paying , blinking itself
2. Deadeye Navigator enters the battlefield, triggering its soulbond ability and Lonis
3. Resolve the Lonis trigger, creating a Clue, a Food, and a Treasure token
4. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, pairing it and any other creature
5. Activate Urza's first ability twice by tapping two artifacts, adding
6. Repeat
7. Once you have infinite mana, you may use it to activate Urza's second ability to cast all cards in your library
