Steps

1. Activate Emry by tapping it, allowing you to cast Sewer-veillance Cam from your graveyard this turn
2. Cast Sewer-veillance Cam from your graveyard by paying
3. When Sewer-veillance Cam enters, it triggers, untapping Emry
4. Activate Urza's first ability by tapping Sewer-veillance Cam, adding
5. Activate Megatog by sacrificing Sewer-veillance Cam
6. Sewer-veillance Cam triggers, untapping a creature you control
7. Resolve the Megatog ability
8. Repeat
