3. When Sewer-veillance Cam enters, it triggers, untapping Emry
4. Activate Urza's first ability by tapping Sewer-veillance Cam, adding
5. Activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing Sewer-veillance Cam
6. Sewer-veillance Cam triggers, untapping a creature you control
7. Resolve the Bartolomé del Presidio ability
8. Repeat
