Prerequisites

• Stasis on the battlefield
• Urza, Lord High Artificer on the battlefield
• Illustrious Wanderglyph on the battlefield

Steps

1. At the beginning of your upkeep, Stasis and Illustrious Wanderglyph trigger
2. Resolve the Illustrious Wanderglyph trigger, creating a 1/1 Gnome artifact creature token
3. Activate Urza's first ability by tapping the Gnome, adding
4. Resolve the Stasis trigger, causing you to pay
5. Repeat during each of your turns
6. As long as Stasis is on the battlefield, players skip their untap steps
