• Stasis on the battlefield
• Urza, Lord High Artificer on the battlefield
• Mechanized Production on the battlefield

Steps

1. At the beginning of your upkeep, Stasis and Mechanized Production trigger
2. Resolve the Mechanized Production trigger, creating a copy of the artifact it is attached to
3. Activate Urza's first ability by tapping the artifact token, adding
4. Resolve the Stasis trigger, causing you to pay
5. Repeat during each of your turns
6. As long as Stasis is on the battlefield, players skip their untap steps
