Prerequisites

• Stasis on the battlefield
• Urza, Lord High Artificer on the battlefield
• Court of Vantress on the battlefield
• You control at least one nonlegendary artifact
• You are the monarch

Steps

1. At the beginning of your upkeep, Stasis and Court of Vantress' second ability triggers
2. Resolve the Court of Vantress trigger, creating a token of any nonlegendary artifact you control
3. Activate Urza's first ability by tapping the artifact token, adding
4. Resolve the Stasis trigger, causing you to pay
5. Repeat during each of your turns
6. As long as Stasis is on the battlefield, players skip their untap steps
