1. Cause Vhal to become an artifact using Phyrexian Scriptures
2. Activate Vhal by tapping it, adding at least
3. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying , untapping Vhal
4. Repeat from step 2

Results

• Infinite untap of artifact creatures you control
• Infinite colorless mana that cannot be spent to cast spells from your hand
