Steps

1. Cast Phyrexian Scriptures for
2. Phyrexian Scriptures enters the battlefield, putting a +1/+1 counter on Magda and turning Madga into an artifact in addition to its other types
3. Activate Clock of Omens by tapping Clock of Omens and Magda, targeting Magda
4. Magda triggers, creating a Treasure token
5. Resolve the Clock of Omens ability, untapping Magda
6. Activate Clock of Omens by tapping a Treasure token and Magda, targeting Magda
7. Repeat from step 4 any number of times
8. Activate Magda's last ability any number of times by sacrificing any number of Treasures

Results

• Infinite tapped Treasure tokens
• Put all artifacts and Dragons from your library onto the battlefield
• Put all Dragon and artifact cards from your library onto the battlefield
