Steps

Activate Khalni Gem by tapping it, adding
Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying , targeting Khalni Gem and Scholar of the Ages, blinking them
When Scholar of the Ages enters the battlefield, return Ghostly Flicker to you hand
When Khalni Gem enters the battlefield, return two lands you control to your hand if able
Repeat
