Steps

1. Cast Irenicus's Vile Duplication by paying its mana cost, creating a token copy of Lonis that isn't legendary
2. Activate Atog by sacrificing a Clue
3. Lonis and the Lonis token's second abilities trigger
4. Resolve the nontoken Lonis trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on the token Lonis
5. The token Lonis's first ability triggers, creating a Clue artifact token
6. Resolve the token Lonis's trigger from step 2, putting a +1/+1 counter on the nontoken Lonis
7. The nontoken Lonis's first ability triggers, creating a Clue artifact token
8. Resolve the Atog ability
9. Repeat from step 2
