Prerequisites

• Junji, the Midnight Sky on the battlefield
• Altar of Dementia on the battlefield
• Relic Vial on the battlefield
• Karmic Guide on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Karmic Guide
2. When Karmic Guide dies, Relic Vial triggers, causing you to gain 1 life and each opponent to lose 1 life
3. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability
4. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Junji
5. When Junji dies, it and Relic Vial trigger
6. Resolve the Relic Vial trigger, causing you to gain 1 life and each opponent to lose 1 life
7. Resolve the Junji trigger, returning Karmic Guide from your graveyard to the battlefield and causing you to lose 2 life
8. When Karmic Guide enters, it triggers, returning Junji from your graveyard to the battlefield
9. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability
10. Repeat
