• Ashnod's Altar on the battlefield
• Kinsbaile Borderguard on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Kinsbaile Borderguard, adding
2. When Kinsbaile Borderguard dies, its last ability triggers, creating three Kithkin Soldier tokens that each enter with a vigilance counter due to Tayam
3. Activate Tayam by paying and removing three vigilance counters from creatures you control, milling yourself three cards and returning Kinsbaile Borderguard from your graveyard to the battlefield
4. Kinsbaile Borderguard enters with a vigilance counter due to Tayam and at least three +1/+1 counters due to its first ability
5. Activate Ashnod's Altar twice by sacrificing a Kithkin Soldier and Kinsbaile Borderguard, adding
6. When Kinsbaile Borderguard dies, its last ability triggers, creating four Kithkin Soldier tokens that each enter with a vigilance counter due to Tayam
7. Repeat from step 3 any number of times, increasing the number of +1/+1 counters and tokens each time
