• Well of Lost Dreams on the battlefield
• Ashnod's Altar on the battlefield
• Starving Revenant on the battlefield
• You have at least eight permanent cards in your graveyard
• You have a way to draw a card

Steps

1. Draw a card
2. The Locust God and Starving Revenant trigger
3. Resolve the Locust God trigger, creating a 1/1 Insect creature token with flying and haste
4. Resolve the Starving Revenant trigger, causing you to gain 1 life and an opponent to lose 1 life
5. Well of Lost Dreams triggers
6. Holding priority, activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Insect, adding
7. Resolve the Well of Lost Dreams trigger, causing you to pay to draw a card
8. Repeat from step 2
