Steps

1. Cast Kobolds of Kher Keep by paying
2. Flickering Hound triggers, blinking Lurrus
3. Resolve the Kobolds of Kher Keep spell
4. Then, activate Defiant Salvager by sacrificing Kobolds of Kher Keep, putting a +1/+1 counter on Defiant Salvager Repeat
