Steps

1. Activate Kaya's second loyalty ability by removing two loyalty counters from it, causing you to double any tokens you create this turn
2. Cast Rite of Replication with kicker by paying , creating ten token copies of Lullmage Mentor
3. Whenever an opponent casts a spell, activate a Lullmage Mentor by tapping seven Merfolk you control, countering that spell
4. Each Lullmage Mentor triggers, creating twice that many 1/1 Merfolk creature tokens
5. Repeat from step 3

• Counter all spells opponents cast
