Prerequisites

• Bishop of Wings on the battlefield
• Divine Visitation on the battlefield
• Altar of Dementia on the battlefield
• You control another Angel

Steps

1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing another Angel
2. The Angel dies, triggering Bishop of Wings' second ability, creating a 4/4 Angel creature token
3. The Angel enters the battlefield, triggering Bishop of Wings' first ability, causing you to gain four life
4. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability from step 1, causing target player to mill cards equal to the sacrificed Angel's power
5. Repeat
