Steps

1. Activate Emiel by paying , blinking the creature that creates creature tokens upon entering the battlefield
2. When the creature enters, it triggers, creating at least two creature tokens
3. Activate the creature and two tokens by tapping them, adding at least
4. Repeat

Results

• Infinite ETB
• Infinite colored mana
• Infinite creature tokens with haste
• Infinite blinking
