• You have a way to give Frilled Deathspitter indestructible
• You have a way to deal damage to Frilled Deathspitter

Steps

1. Give Frilled Deathspitter indestructible by any method
2. Deal damage to Frilled Deathspitter, with all but 1 of that damage being prevented by Temple Altisaur
3. Frilled Deathspitter, Ghyrson Starn, and Spark Double trigger
4. Resolve the Ghyrson Starn trigger, dealing 2 damage to Frilled Deathspitter, with all but 1 of that damage being prevented by Temple Altisaur
5. Spark Double and Frilled Deathspitter trigger
6. Resolve the Frilled Deathspitter trigger, dealing 2 damage to target opponent
7. Resolve the Spark Double trigger, dealing 2 damage to Frilled Deathspitter, with all but 1 of that damage being prevented by Temple Altisaur
8. Ghyrson Starn and Frilled Deathspitter trigger
9. Repeat from step 4
