• Venser, the Sojourner on the battlefield
• Notorious Throng in hand
• each turn available

Steps

1. Deal combat damage to an opponent using a Rogue
2. Cast Notorious Throng by paying its prowl cost, causing you to take an extra turn after this one
3. Blink Mystic Sanctuary using Venser, the Sojourner
4. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Notorious Throng from your graveyard onto the top of your library
5. Move to your next turn, drawing Notorious Throng during your draw step
6. Repeat
