• Myojin of Cryptic Dreams on the battlefield
• Evolution Sage on the battlefield
• Uro, Titan of Nature's Wrath in hand or in the graveyard
• Orzhov Basilica in hand

Steps

1. Cast Uro by paying
2. Holding priority, activate Myojin of Cryptic Dreams by removing an indestructible counter from it, copying the Uro spell three times
3. Resolve the first Uro copy
4. The Uro token enters the battlefield, triggering both of its abilities
5. Resolve the first Uro ability, sacrificing it
6. Resolve the other Uro ability, gaining 3 life, drawing a card, and putting Orzhov Basilica from your hand onto the battlefield
7. Orzhov Basilica enters the battlefield, triggering itself and Evolution Sage
8. Resolve the Orzhov Basilica trigger, returning it from the battlefield to your hand
9. Resolve the Evolution Sage trigger, putting an indestructible counter on Myojin of Cryptic Dreams
10. Repeat from step 3 two additional times
11. Repeat from step 2
