Prerequisites

• Azusa, Lost but Seeking on the battlefield
• Magistrate's Scepter on the battlefield
• Evolution Sage on the battlefield
• Oboro, Palace in the Clouds in hand

Steps

1. Play Oboro, Palace in the Clouds
2. When Oboro, Palace in the Clouds enters the battlefield, Evolution Sage triggers, putting a charge counter on Magistrate's Scepter
3. Activate Oboro's first ability by tapping it, adding
4. Activate Oboro's last ability by paying , returning it from the battlefield to your hand
5. Repeat from step 1 twice more
6. Activate Magistrate's Scepter's second ability by tapping it and removing three charge counters from it, causing you to take an extra turn after this one
7. Repeat each turn
