Prerequisites

• Yawgmoth, Thran Physician on the battlefield
• Pious Evangel // Wayward Disciple on the battlefield
• Rat King, Pale Piper on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Yawgmoth by paying 1 life and sacrificing the undying creature
2. When the creature dies, Wayward Disciple, Rat King and the undying creature's undying ability trigger
3. Resolve the Wayward Disciple trigger, causing you to gain 1 life and target opponent to lose 1 life
4. Resolve the Rat King ability, creating a 1/1 Rat creature token
5. Resolve the undying trigger, returning the creature from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it
6. Resolve the Yawgmoth ability, putting a -1/-1 counter on any creature and drawing a card
7. Activate Yawgmoth by paying 1 life and sacrificing another creature
8. When the creature dies, Wayward Disciple triggers, causing you to gain 1 life and target opponent to lose 1 life Resolve the Yawgmoth ability, putting a -1/-1 counter on the undying creature and drawing a card
9. Repeat
