Steps

1. Cast Go Ninja Go by paying its mana cost, blinking Icewind Stalwart
2. Icewind Stalwart and Preston trigger
3. Resolve the Icewind Stalwart trigger, blinking another permanent you control
4. Resolve the Preston trigger, creating a token copy of Icewind Stalwart that is a 0/1 Illusion
5. When the Icewind Stalwart token enters the battlefield, it triggers, blinking the nontoken Icewind Stalwart
6. Repeat from step 2
