• Ixidor, Reality Sculptor on the battlefield
• Brine Elemental on the battlefield
• Isochron Scepter on the battlefield
• Backslide in exile
• each turn available

Steps

1. Activate Isochron Scepter by paying and tapping it, casting a copy of Backslide without paying its mana cost
2. Resolve Backslide, turning Brine Elemental face down
3. Activate Ixidor by paying , turning Brine Elemental face up
4. Brine Elemental triggers, causing each opponent to skip their next untap step
5. Repeat during each of your turns
