Steps

2. When Proctor of Potential enters, it triggers, causing you to surveil 1
3. Denzilore triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control
4. Scurry Oak triggers, creating a creature token
5. When the token enters, Proctor of Potential triggers, causing you to surveil 1
6. Repeat from step 3
