Steps

1. Cast Scurry Oak by paying its mana cost, causing it to enter with a +1/+1 counter due to Thunderous Velocipede
2. When Scurry Oak enters, it triggers, creating a creature token that enters with a +1/+1 counter due to Thunderous Velocipede
3. Activate Umbral Collar Zealot by sacrificing the creature token
4. When the creature token dies, Reyhan triggers, putting a number of +1/+1 counters on Scurry Oak Scurry Oak triggers, creating a creature token that enters with a +1/+1 counter due to Thunderous Velocipede
5. Resolve the Umbral Collar Zealot ability
6. Repeat from step 3
