Steps

1. Cast Etali by paying
2. When Etali enters the battlefield, it and Blasting Station trigger
3. Resolve the Blasting Station trigger, untapping it
4. Holding priority, activate Blasting Station by tapping it and sacrificing Etali
5. When Etali dies, Mortuary triggers, putting Etali on top of your library from your graveyard
6. Resolve the Blasting Station ability, dealing 1 damage to any target
7. Resolve the Etali trigger from step 2, causing you to exile cards from each player's library until you exile a nonland card, with you exiling Etali from your library, and cast Etali and any other nonland cards exiled this way without paying their mana costs
8. Repeat from step 2

• Cast all nonland cards from each opponent's library
• Exile each opponent's library
• Infinite damage
