Prerequisites

• Verdant Succession on the battlefield
• Vigor on the battlefield
• Altar of Dementia on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Vigor
2. Vigor dies, triggering itself and Verdant Succession
3. Resolve the Vigor trigger, shuffling it into your library
4. Resolve the Verdant Succession trigger, searching your library for Vigor, putting it onto the battlefield and shuffling your library
5. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to Vigor's power
6. Repeat
