• Technomancer in the graveyard
• Altar of Dementia on the battlefield

Steps

1. Cast Sharuum the Hegemon by paying
2. Sharuum the Hegemon enters the battlefield, returning Technomancer from your graveyard to the battleifeld
3. Technomancer enters the battlefield
4. In response to its trigger, activate Altar of Dementia twice by sacrificing Technomancer and Sharuum the Hegemon, causing any player to mill ten cards
5. Resolve Technomancer's ability, milling three cards then returning Sharuum the Hegemon from your graveyard to the battlefield
6. Repeat from step 2
