Prerequisites

• Shilgengar, Sire of Famine on the battlefield
• Falkenrath Forebear on the battlefield
• Pitiless Plunderer on the battlefield
• Kaya, Geist Hunter on the battlefield
• Kaya has at least two loyalty counters on it

Steps

1. Activate Kaya's second loyalty ability by removing two loyalty counters from it, causing you to double all tokens you create this turn
2. Activate Shilgengar's first ability by sacrificing Falkenrath Forebear, When Falkenrath Forebear dies, Pitiless Plunderer triggers, creating two Treasure tokens
3. Resolve the Shilgengar ability, creating two Blood tokens
4. Activate a Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding
5. Activate Falkenrath Forebear by paying and sacrificing the two Bloods, returning Falkenrath Forebear from your graveyard to the battlefield
6. Repeat from step 2
