Steps

1. Activate Kaya's second loyalty ability by removing two loyalty counters from it, causing you to double any tokens you create this turn
2. Activate Kenrith's fourth ability by paying , causing an opponent who cannot pay for Smothering Tithe's trigger to draw a card
3. Smothering Tithe triggers, causing you to create four Treasure tokens due to [[Increaser - Tokens$1]] and [[Increaser - Tokens$2]]
4. Activate the Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding
5. Repeat from step 2
