• Candelabra of Tawnos on the battlefield
• Cabal Coffers on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Cabal Coffers by paying and tapping it, adding for each Swamp you control
2. Activate Candelabra of Tawnos by paying and tapping it, untapping Cabal Coffers and Candelabra of Tawnos as it is a land due to Toph
3. Repeat
