Prerequisites

• Cabal Coffers on the battlefield
• Onyx Talisman on the battlefield
• Leshrac's Sigil in hand

Steps

1. Activate Cabal Coffers by paying and tapping it, adding for each Swamp you control
2. Cast Leshrac's Sigil by paying
3. Onyx Talisman triggers, causing you to pay to untap Cabal Coffers
4. Activate Leshrac's Sigil by paying , returning it from the battlefield to your hand
5. Repeat

• Infinite storm count
• Infinite mana permanents you control can produce
