Steps

1. Activate Misty by paying , tapping it and discarding a card, causing you to draw a card for each card you've discarded this turn
2. Activate Mind Over Matter by discarding a card, untapping Misty
3. Activate Mind Over Matter by discarding a card, untapping a mana-producing permanent
4. Activate the permanent by tapping it, adding at least
5. Repeat from step 3 one additional time if you don't have or more in your mana pool
6. Repeat from step 1
