Steps

1. Activate Chrome Dome by paying , creating a token copy of Karn with haste
2. Put the token Karn into your graveyard due to the legend rule
3. The token Karn's ability triggers, causing you to draw five cards
4. Activate Mind Over Matter by discarding a card, untapping a mana-producing permanent
5. Activate the permanent by tapping it, adding at least
6. Repeat from step 4 until you have available
7. Repeat from step 1
