• Insight Engine on the battlefield
• Mind Over Matter on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Insight Engine by paying and tapping it, putting a charge counter on Insight Engine and then drawing a card for each charge counter on it
2. Activate Mind Over Matter by discarding a card, untapping a mana-producing permanent
3. Activate the permanent by tapping it, adding at least
4. Repeat from step 2 one additional time
5. Activate Mind Over Matter by discarding a card, untapping Insight Engine
6. Repeat

• Infinite self-discard triggers
• Infinite draw triggers
• Infinite looting
• Near-infinite card draw
• Near-infinite untap of permanents you control
• Near-infinite mana permanents you control can produce
