Steps

1. Activate Evendo, Waking Haven by paying and tapping it, adding at least Activate Mind Over Matter by discarding a card, untapping Evendo, Waking Haven
2. Activate Tasigur by paying , causing you to mill two cards and return a nonland card from your graveyard to your hand
3. Repeat
