Steps

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library
2. Activate Mind Over Matter by discarding a card, untapping Iron Lad
3. Activate Iron Lad by tapping it, revealing Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library and then drawing it
4. Cast Sensei's Divining Top by paying The Vision and Scarlet Witch triggers, adding and putting a +1/+1 counter on it Repeat
