Steps

1. Activate Gilded Lotus by tapping it, adding three mana of any color
2. Activate Tower of Fortunes by paying and tapping it, causing you to draw four cards
3. Activate Mind over Matter by discarding a card, untapping Tower of Fortunes
4. Activate Mind over Matter by discarding a card, untapping Gilded Lotus
5. Activate Gilded Lotus by tapping it, adding three mana of any color
6. Repeat from step 4 two additional times
7. Repeat from step 2
