• Mind Over Matter on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate O'aka by tapping it and removing a counter from a nonland permanent, causing you to draw a card
2. Vodalian Wave-Knight triggers, putting a counter on another Knight or Merfolk you control
3. Activate Mind Over Matter by discarding a card, untapping O'aka
4. Repeat
